This notice explains what happens to the details you send through Chiropractor Canary Wharf. Your details are the responsibility of UNTIL Health Concierge, part of the UNTIL group, which runs this site and the health club at 30 South Colonnade in Canary Wharf. Your care itself is given by the practitioner you see, such as Harvey, the chiropractor at the club. Questions about this notice go to james.morrissey@until.co.uk.
On the first visit form you give four tap answers (the problem you would like help with, roughly how long you have had it, the times you could come in and how you plan to pay), an optional preference about who you see, your name, your mobile number and your tick on the consent line. Because the first answer describes your health, the form will not send until you have ticked that line. You are never asked for your medical history.
Those answers are used for one purpose: finding a suitable practitioner at the club and arranging your first visit. You are contacted by the booking team, and the practitioner is given just enough detail to arrange your visit. After that, any clinical notes are the practitioner’s records, covered by the practitioner’s own privacy notice. Your details are never sold or passed to anyone for marketing.
Your answers reach UNTIL by email and sit in a Supabase database for only as long as your first visit takes to arrange.
Under UK GDPR you may see the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, restrict how it is used, withdraw your consent and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. To exercise any of them, write to james.morrissey@until.co.uk.
PostHog, hosted in the EU, counts page views and button presses, and only once you have said yes on the consent banner. It never sees what you type into the form.
